My goal at every wedding I shoot is to tell an authentic story that is as beautiful as it is artistic. Lauren + Brendan | New Harmony Wedding at The Atheneum |

| 5 ridiculously cool things about this wedding:
1) The bride and groom are fabulous people who happen to be actors in NYC. 2) Lauren and Brendan had just about the hippest wedding attire I've ever seen. 3) Their good friend Maggie wrote and read the sweetest poem. It was a love story about them. 4) Brendan's groomsman sang the coolest, catchy tune during the ceremony. 5) There was a legendary invisible jump rope at the reception. |

| How cool is this building in New Harmony? It's called the Atheneum and it was designed by Richard Meier. |

| Today was my oldest daughter's sixth birthday. We had pancakes in the shape of the number six this morning and brought Rio cupcakes to her kindergarten class. All in all it was a great day. In between birthday events, I got to prepare these photographs for the blog. This is Katie and Ken. Their wedding at the Gillespie earlier this summer was absolutely beautiful.
